Jason Daly was a class act and brought us our culture as such. A man of dignity, with compassion and deep respect for all people. As a Trinidadian, I am so proud of our fellow Trini. I didnt kno him personally but i was shocked at the fact that he died.  everytime i saw macajuel time come on tv he always was very pleasant and smiling, always very sweet to the callers and made macajuel time a special show in his own way.  though im abroad now and i havent seen this show in a while, i will always remember him as the one host on gayelle who you definitely believed was a true sweetheart who radiated a pleasant personality with a true love for his country.  RIP. I never knew Jason personally but his personality radiated even over the media. I was/am very sad that we will no longer be touched by him, however I know God takes care of His children so I trust that he's being well cared for. My prayers are with his friends, family and fans at this time. Close

When I heard about Jason's death I was shocked and heartbroken, I sat staring at my sister for a while not too sure about what I had heard. My uncle died the day before and I felt like this news was just too much, I couldn't believe it and quite frankly I still don't.

My condolences to the family, Keep strong and trust in God to give you the strength that you need to make it through. In regards to my uncle whose burial is tomorrow, I took consolation in knowing that he isn't suffering anymore, and with Jason I take that same approach, he is in a better place, and he isn't suffering.

Jason's death was hard ! Unexpected! It rocked my soul ! Jason had been my friend for a number of years. I alway remember him working the graveyard shift on the vibe ct 105 and operating as though it was primetime. He was so warm, gentle but firm, ambitious.

When I heard of the death of Jason yesterday evening, I felt like the earth moved and the heavens opened up, as if to receive a great soul. I only met Jason twice in my life. And on both occasions when I shook his hand, I felt as if his creative force moved across the room. I now know I was in the company of one who possessed the gift. We have just lost a brilliant star.
